Harvest Wine Weekend

Stock up on your favorite white wine as the wineries “bare the barrels” for the new 2011 releases. Enjoy your new purchase in the comfort of your king suite! Accommodations include 2 night stay, breakfast daily, free parking, high speed WiFi and late checkout. $330 plus tax.

Everyone can use a little pampering. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast and immediately follow it with an hour long renewal massage. Remain in your Spencer signature robe and step into our outdoor cedar sauna, complete with eucalyptus aroma therapy. Begin your next phase of pampering with a delicious champagne lunch, which will be served to you in our Spa relaxation room! Last stop: a rejuvenating facial we call the Baroness! Let your mind and spirit slip into oasis and return to your literary fantasy room for final relaxation.
Corporate Retreat
Welcome to the Spencer Hotel, where groups are our specialty! Let our staff pamper you and your co-workers as you enjoy a break from the daily grind. We will start you off with dinner and happy hour before a night of relaxation in a room of your choice. Arise the next morning to our famous gourmet breakfast and prepare for a limo ride to wine country! You will tour the area’s 15 wineries and enjoy lunch at one of our favorite locations. Return to the Spencer later that afternoon and take some time for yourself! Walk the grounds of charming Chautauqua, arrange for a massage, or take your favorite book to our porch rocking chairs. Later, put on your fancy clothes and head to Bemus Point for dinner at Ye Hare n Hound, another Spencer favorite! Day two- all up to you! Pick from our “play” list and let our staff arrange area activities from golfing to shopping, or simply follow your instincts. We would love to customize your group retreat!

Couple's Retreat
Spend a relaxing weekend together with customized his and her activities. A day of pampering for her will include a massage, manicure, and pedicure. A day of golf for him at the Chautauqua Golf Club, featuring your choice of two 18 hole golf courses. Later, meet up for a late lunch and explore the beautiful grounds of Chautauqua Institution. Winery Trail Packages
Plan for an early start by touring the New York wineries here at Chautauqua. We’ll provide you with the driver, while you take in the aromatic scent of grape vineyards and the breathtaking views of the changing seasons. Unwind in a king size luxurious bed in a literary fantasy of your choice. A gourmet breakfast will be included in your stay.
Package available September-June, starting at $275 plus tax per couple, price includes 1 night stay and driver for 2 hours.
OR... a two night stay, breakfasts and a $60 dinner voucher, and driver for 3 hours is $595 plus tax per couple.

Couple's Renewal Getaway

Take the time to reconnect with you sweetheart as you spend two intimate nights in the Spencer’s Agatha Christie Jacuzzi Suite. Enjoy a wine, cheese and cracker platter on the day of arrival. Allow the scents of a gourmet breakfast to wake you each morning and later unwind with our Spencer Renewal massage, one per person. Package available September-June, $620 plus tax per couple.
Gourmet Dinner Packages
Enjoy a relaxing winter weekend at The Spencer Hotel and experience Gourmet, European-Style Dining by MacDuff's restaurant in Jamestown, New York. Each dish is prepared to order from fine, fresh ingredients personally selected daily. MacDuff's is a true dining experience, complimented by original creations and an extensive selection of wines. MacDuff's has the largest selection of single malt scotches in Western New York. In order to insure the high quality of food and service, MacDuff's is small and intimate the perfect ambiance for an anniverary or special occasion. Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are applied as a pre-payment for accommodations.
For summer Season full refunds are made if cancelled before March 1 st. Off-season, credit upon rebooking the room.
All refunds/credits subject to a $50-$75.00 service charge.
We cannot be responsible for issuing refunds due to illness, emergencies or events beyond our control.
